Founder Carmen Gould has over 15 years’ experience in transactional work, commercial and contract law.

As a boutique consultancy, Carmen will provide oversight for the implementation of key strategic
activities and projects on complex transactional, funding and commercial agreements involving high-level
transactions and commercial matters.


The consultancy offers business function professional services, while focusing on transactional work, project
