CARMEN GOULD
Carmen specialises in transactional work, commercial and contractual law – with over 15 years of experience in transaction work, project management and implementation, corporate action, complex share transactions, property transactions, property acquisitions and disposals, property and development finance, finance agreements, client portfolio management, property development, property investment and management, legal drafting and legal writing.
Carmen is a member of SAIBPP's subcommittee on Women's Forum. She also mentors law students through the University of Pretoria. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Ithemba Upliftment Foundation and has participated in the practical legal training programme and street law programme offered by the UNISA Law Clinic – both designed to empower university students.
Carmen feels strongly about serving community-based programmes and promoting the education and advancement of girls and young women.

The idea to start a consulting business has been on my mind for a while.

My responsibilities to my different corporate roles meant that this dream was put on hold until 2024, when I decided that it was the perfect time for me to put all my energies into this consultancy, which I am very passionate about.
