I am excited to start this new journey and for CGC to positively contribute to your business.

As a boutique consultancy, Carmen Gould Consulting will focus on transactional work, project management and transaction implementation, contract law, corporate and commercial law, commercial property law, corporate governance, and company secretarial services.


The consultancy will provide oversight for the implementation of key strategic activities and projects, which include implementation of complex transactional, funding and commercial agreements.
